*Please note: Appointments open on a rolling basis 8 days in advance and fill quickly. As part of the launch of this market, appointments for October 16 and October 23 were opened early. All future appointments will follow the regular 8-day advance booking schedule. For this market, the 3:30 PM spots open at 3:30 PM, the 3:40 PM spots at 3:40 PM, the 3:50 PM spots at 3:50 PM, and so on.

Please wait until all appointment times for that date have opened and are fully booked before joining the waitlist. The waitlist does not reserve or guarantee a spot. If an appointment becomes available, you will be notified and may book it on a first-come, first-served basis.

Creating an account is optional and is only needed if you want to view or manage your appointments online.

-Please bring a piece of government issued ID for each person in your household.

-Plan to arrive 5 minutes early. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will have to wait until all other clients who arrive on time have been served (or the end of the Free Food Market, whichever comes first).

-If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel no later than 24 hours before. If you miss more than 3 appointments, you will no longer be allowed to use this service.

-Please be aware that if you have picked up a regular hamper within the two weeks leading up to your appointment, you will only be eligible for a Food 4U Hamper (bread and produce).
